The ARISE Program is San Bernardino County Probation’s response to SB823/SB92 legislation. ARISE stands for A Restorative Integration for Successful Engagement.

The program includes a secure treatment facility for youth who would have previously been committed to the Department of Juvenile Justice (DJJ). The primary goal is to provide the tools and rehabilitative services necessary to prevent recidivism and ultimately a successful reintegration back into the community.
